"Woodson Row consists of four totally new town homes designed and built to capture the grandeur and character of the historic homes of the Logan Circle/U Street area. Each of the four town homes contain two large multi-level condominiums. Each condominium features its own private front and rear entrance, professionally designed outdoor space and surface parking.

Unit #2 is a triplex which features an entrance foyer on Level 2 and all living spaces on Levels 3, 4, & 5. Level 3 features a soaring double-height living room, a dinning room, kitchen, bedroom, and half bath. Level 4 features a double-height loft/den which overlooks the living room, and a large master bedroom and bath. Level 5 features a bedroom/family room, full bath, and a large, private, roof terrace complete with outdoor shower, and optional hot tub. Parking in the rear is accessed from a private rear entrance off of Level 3.

Woodson Row is located in the historic U Street area which, during the years of segregation, was the heart of the city's African-American community, where name entertainers, black-owned businesses, and grand movie theaters made U Street the place to be.

In keeping with the history of the neighborhood, Woodson Row was named after Dr. Carter G. Woodson Ð 1875-1950, one of AmericaÕs most noted historians and head of graduate faculty at Howard Univ. He opened the field of Black Studies to scholars, founded Negro History Week in 1926, which later became Black History Month. He was a prolific author of popular and scholarly books and President & Founder of Associated Publishers which produced many scholarly works on Black history/culture."
